The Lakesiders travel down to Stebonheath on Sunday for a league match which will be manager Colin Caton“s 350th game in charge
This weekend sees a huge milestone at the Club with manager Colin Caton taking charge of his 350th Bala Town game.
Since 2003 Colin has taken us from the Wrexham Area League into the Welsh Premier League and is possibly one of the if not the longest serving manager in the top 2 top tiers of Welsh Football.
Town are currently 7 matches unbeaten and a win on Sunday would see the Club reach another milestone of 200 wins under Colin“s management.
A 1-1 draw was Bala“s last result against Prestatyn when Chris Mason equalised in the 2nd half to continue Town“s excellent run.
Town currently 5th with 29 points exactly the same as 4th place Neath.
Llanelli are currently only a point infront of the Lakesiders with 30 in 3rd. They were 2-0 away winners against Newtown in last Saturday“s only match.
When Llanelli visited Maes Tegid in September they ended Bala“s superb run of not conceding a goal in 546 minutes of football. Town were well beaten on the day going down to a 4-2 defeat.
