- Locally based Mike Sharples hails from the Vale of Clwyd. A tall, versatile defender, who began his career at Ruthin Youths before moving into the senior squad at Cae Ddol. Moves then followed to Llandyrnog United and then Denbigh Town before this summer’s move to Bala Town.
