Bala Town are pleased to announce the signing of Bradley Bauress!

The 25 year-old signs with the Lakesiders having left National League North side Chester City, after signing with the club at the end of last summer.

Bauress was a product of the Blackburn Rovers Academy, playing up to the U21’s and even being handed the captaincy.

The midfielder would make his first move to fellow Welsh side Colwyn Bay, before leaving shortly later to join Witton Albion.

Bauress would spend a year with Witton Albion, and a successful year it was as the club were promoted after a Play-Off win, which Bauress scored in to help them on their way.

After his year with Witton Albion, he would move on to National League side Barrow AFC.

A year later he would join Southport, where he would feature in the FA Cup and forced a second round replay after scoring a long range effort against Tranmere Rovers.

He spent two years at Southport before moving to most recently Chester City, after he impressed in a trial with the club and secured a short-term deal.

He now joins the Lakesiders and featured in yesterday’s friendly against Airbus UK as ‘Trialist A’ scoring after 20 minutes on the pitch.

Bauress’ shirt number will be confirmed in the near future.
