Bala Town are delighted to announce the arrival of Jack Mackreth to Maes Tegid subject to International Clearance.

The 28 year old signs for the Town having departed Northern Premier League Premier Division side Warrington Town.

Jack started his career at Tranmere Rovers, where we would sign his first professional contract in 2010. However after featuring on the bench on only four occasions, he would leave the club he’d been with since the age of 13.

The Forward’s made over 250 league appearances for clubs such as Barrow AFC, Macclesfield Town, Grimsby Town and Wrexham AFC, with a return to his boyhood club in 2016 despite featuring just eight times in his short spell back. The majority of his playing time has been in the National League, yet making a couple appearances in League One with Bury FC in 2017.

Confirmation of Jack’s shirt number will be revealed in the near future.
