The Lakesiders are pleased to announce that Glenn Rule has put pen to paper with the Lakesiders earlier today.

Glenn becomes Town’s fifth summer signing of the summer transfer window, joining us from Airbus U.K.

The 27 year old began his career at Chester City and made 28 appearances in his debut season. A move to Colwyn Bay came in 2010 before switching to Stalybridge where he made 30 starts. In 2011, he signed for Airbus, spending four years with the Wingmakers and appearing over 100 times for The Airfield outfit.

In June 2015, Glenn signed for Stockport County and spent 18 months at the Club before re-signing for Airbus back in January.

A midfielder who can also play as a full back, Glenn is strong on the ball, has plenty of experience within the WPL and is a very useful addition to the Town squad.

Rule will wear the number 17 shirt for the Lakesiders – croeso i Faes Tegid Glenn!
